hela Sverige At Saab group IT we are now seeking for new colleagues. We are looking for a candidate with experience and knowledge in IT service design and especially knowledge in IT service offering and pricing.
Your role
The role will report to Head of Finance in Group IT and support service owners and service managers with processes, principles and regulations around service design, offering and pricing. The task includes active work towards stakeholders and building trust inside the organization. Being responsible and ensure the following of established service principles.
The main tasks are:
* Maintain and develop service strategy and plan, be active part in the service design process and ensure schedule of related activities.
* Be responsible for service financial management and support service owners/managers in the development of service offering
* Ensure service governance and communication to ensure better transparency and understanding of the price models used and packaging
To oversee the IT service offering bundling and pricing models and serve the relevant stakeholders in IT divisions at Saab.
Your profile
As an individual you are structured and have ability to complete task to closure, takes initiative and are being supportive. You need an understanding of IT service technical specifications, technology business management and IT service pricing experience from large Companies.
Required skills:
* Bachelor degree in business administration or data/IT engineering
* Minimum five years of relevant experience
* Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
Desired skills:
* Experience from IT service offering
* Experience from working with TBM taxonomy
* Experience from Service Now
This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.

You will belong to Group IT, the part of the Saab Group that is responsible for the operation, installation, maintenance and administration of the company's development and production environments as well as its constituent components such as servers, storage, networks, databases and clients etc. The business is characterized by systematic operation and management work as well as technology monitoring in adjacent business areas.
