hela Sverige You will be responsible for establishing and implementing UCE Spare parts pricing strategy that will maximize price realization across the business. The position will develop, present, and implement pricing recommendations by product category and market within EMEA. The Pricing Manager will conduct research and analysis of competitive pricing dynamics within our customer and product segments.
In your role as a Pricing manager, you will also develop a discounting structure and coordinate operations towards our preferred way of working in external part sales and observe and maintain the related price elasticity.
In close cooperation with our Supply function you will follow up actual material purchase costs as well as develop a closed feedback loop with the front line based on actual market pricing.
We want a new colleague who knows pricing and aftermarket but who also has the ability to take the driving seat for change management in a matrix organization.
You will report to Director, Sales and Pricing within Spare parts Europe.
Profile
We believe you have a relevant university degree and a couple of years of work experience in Pricing management, preferably in an international environment. You have a strong ability to involve, influence and persuade stakeholders.
It is vital that you can work both operationally, strategically and that you are skilled in finding new approaches and methods in order to develop our entire aftermarket.
As a person you are a modern networker, both internal and external, and you have an ambition to belong to a management team, and you see this job as part of a journey. You are structured, thorough and thrive in a role with a strong focus on the driving force and pace.
