hela Sverige Renault Nordic is now looking for a Price & Support Coordinator for the Marketing Team!
In the role as a Price & Support Coordinator your main task is to elaborate and validate the price list in four countries; Sweden (customer and dealer price list) Norway, Finland and Iceland (importers). You will have to adapt the price list to the market and coordinate the price list. Further, your job will revolve around supporting invoice process to dealers and importers.
Job description
Elaborate prices together with Product Manager & Importer Manager
Manage the price list within the Nordic organization and within commercial network
Update the prices and product definition in various systems.
Follow up invoices of the vehicles, converted vehicles and special types of vehicles.
Administrate payments for promotion activities and program the conditions in a web based tool and follow up the marketing activities and present the results
Prepare marketing activities documents for delaers and network in order to present our offers
Support preparations of various documents marketing operations.
Contribute in achieving strategic goals and assure continuous improvement
Qualifications
Similar position in other company would be an advantage
Experience of sales or invoicing administrative personnal
Good organisational and administrative abilities
Good communication skills
High level of computer skills
Fluent in Swedish and English.
Knowledge of French will be considered but is not essential.
