hela Sverige We are now looking for a Press and Social Media Manager!
In this role, no day will be the same. You will have different tasks every day and you will handle various situations as they occur. We are looking for someone who is a relatively recent graduate in media and communication. You are a star on social media and keep track of the latest digital trends and experience with the press is required.
PUBLIC & DIGITAL DIPLOMACY
- manage communication activities in traditional, digital and social channels - create content and update the Embassy's official website, blog, and social media outlets- create and implement communication activities and campaigns- plan, coordinate and carry out Embassy's events, projects and visits from the media aspect
PRESS
• daily monitoring and analysis of Swedish media- draft articles, press releases, speeches, etc.- maintain and develop a strong network with relevant stakeholders in Swedish media - arrange briefings, interviews, press events, etc.- provide support/advice to Ambassador and other senior staff
GENERAL
• Conduct research on specific issues, as requested - draft reports, background notes, briefing material, etc.- Develop and implement communications & media strategies, work-plans, etc.- Provide advice and assist colleagues and other stakeholders when needed
