Objectives
The Small Appliances Sector is organized in four regions; Europe, Middle East and South African (EMEA); North America, Latin America and Asia Pacific. In addition to the regions, the Sector has global functions like Operations, R&D, Small Domestic Appliances Development, Finance, HR, which serve the business across all regions.
EMEA region President is responsible for the Sector activities in more than 30 countries in the region, lead a team of more than 300 employees and 10 direct reports in his/her leadership team.
EMEA is currently the largest business within Small Appliances. We are searching for a passionate and experienced business leadership who can bring EMEA business to the next level of growth and profitability.
The successful candidate will be part of the Sector Executive Team (SET). As such s/he is also expected to contribute significantly in other areas to support and develop the Sector strategy.
Operational responsibilities
Responsible for Regional P&L and Balance sheet.
Formulate, set, and drive the strategic direction for the region, in alignment with Sector goals; and deliver on strategic plan.
Build and develop a winning organization
Foster a culture built on passion for innovation, customer obsession, driving for results, striving for growth and excellence.
Convey the vision and values of the Electrolux Group, and ensure adherence to Group policies and procedures

Competences needed
More than 10 years of successful experience in leading an international business in consumer industry, preferably from a MNC environment.
Successful track record in identifying opportunities and leading further growth profitably in mature market; and in leading stretch growth plan in developing markets.Excellent business acumen with entrepreneurial drive and ability to think outside the box.
Successful track record in driving changes and business transformations.
Strong strategic thinking balanced with appropriate focus on near term results delivery.
Strong analytical ability and command of financial analysis and measures.
High standards of excellence.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
A highly motivated self-starter, a versatile team player and a strong leader with an adaptable coaching management style, can manage, lead and develop people, build strong team and talent pipeline in a culturally diverse environment.
A person with unquestioned integrity.
