Publiceringsdatum2016-09-02ArbetsuppgifterAs the preschool class assistant, your role will be to assist the class teachers in carrying out lessons for the students, ages 3- 4 in the preschool program. You will also assist in planning the afternoon activities for the children in daycare. You will have responsibility for the pastoral care of the students and have close contact with the parents. You will work closely with the other teachers in our preschool following the philosophy of the IB education. You will be expected to interact with the students in a caring, gentle but firm manner. You will be expected to be professional and flexible, both towards your colleagues and the greater school community.
KvalifikationerThe successful candidate will have a degree in early childhood education/social work and have experience with preschool aged children. The candidate will be able to read, write and speak in English fluently.
We are looking for someone who works well in a team. He/She must be positive, open minded and flexible. When working with the students, he/she will be firm, but kind. He/She will take the time to get to know the students and speak with them, creating relationships with them. He/she will take initiative to make preschool a place where students enjoy attending.

Varaktighet, arbetstid
Deltid. Tidsbegränsad anställning, tillträde: We are searching for a preschool class assistant for 70%- 75%. The position will start as soon as possible, preferrably the second/third week of September. This position is 75%.
ErsättningEnligt avtal.
