We are looking for a Premium Customer Advisor to join our Customer Support team in Stockholm. Here you will play a key part in supporting our top merchants in Sweden to get started and become proficient with our products and services as quickly as possible, resulting in a high retention rate among our top merchants.

You'll also support our top iZettle merchants through their lifetime with us via a variety of mediums including live chat, email, and telephone. You will be responsible for ensuring that enquiries receive a timely, accurate and proactive resolution.

Our mission is to provide "Best in Class" service to our customers. i.e. We want you to think about how our top merchants can have the best iZettle experience, at every part of their journey with us.

We're a big deal for small businesses

The successful candidate have previous experience working in a customer support or customer service role which offered technical support to customers/ businesses. This is a new role in a new team so you will have responsibility to help define and grow the role and team. We're looking for candidates with a real 'can do' attitude and a desire to constantly learn and develop their skills. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to be part of a successful team and see the business continue to grow.

What you will be doing

• Handling our top merchants' issues in a timely, effective and proactive manner, on phone, email , live chat and other channels.
• Identifying top-call drivers and pain-points and being proactive about communicating and improving each touch-points for our users.
• Helping top merchants when they get started , ensuring that they get started with iZettle with the best product mix that they can.

You are professional, organized and motivated to succeed in a fast-paced environment You have a passion for great customer experience and you are customer oriented and improvement oriented. You have had experience working in a Technical support/ Customer service role. You also have:

• Calm Telephone manner
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Previous experience handling large volume queries
• Fluent in Writing and SpeakingSwedish and English
