Within our Predictive Maintenance service, we take our commitment of reliability to the next level. We go beyond prevention to predicting failures in our customers' operations before they occur. By real-time monitoring of critical areas in equipment we are able to predict maintenance needs using sensor data accessible via the cloud. The result is increased uptime, reduced waste and greater peace of mind for our customers.
The service is rapidly growing and we are now looking for a Predictive Maintenance Engineer to join our team.
As a Predictive Maintenance Engineer, you will be part of growing the Predictive Maintenance Service to Tetra Pak customers worldwide. The value is delivered through our Quality & Performance Management Centre where we remotely monitor and analyse real time data for all connected customer equipment.
The team is continuously developing and improving the way we operate to secure a qualitative service. You will be part of setting the future working methods and structure, preparing the service to further grow.
The role will provide you with valuable customer understanding as well as a wide network of contacts within Tetra Pak. You will be based in Lund, Sweden, and travelling will be required approximately 10% of your time.
Main responsibilities
• Act as a Functions (Equipment) subject matter expert
• Monitor and analyse real time data provided through the cloud
• Deliver alerts and insights to customers
• Continuously develop and improve how the service is delivered
• Document customer cases and the value created
• Pilot and validate new condition monitoring functions
• Work in close collaboration (DevOps) with our Advanced Analytics team to improve accuracy and precision on algorithms
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you need good collaboration skills and enjoy working in a changing environment. You are structured, possess good analytical skills and can define and improve routines. You like to work with both long and short-term activities and can work independently towards set goals. We believe you have a University Engineering degree or similar. You are curious and has the ability to understand technology, IT and analytics. You possess good knowledge about Tetra Pak equipment.
Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
