SunGard Front Arena Electronic Trading team is looking for a Sales Support person whom is passionate about providing the best service for Sales and clients.
The main responsibilities of the position are:
• Working closely with Sales to support the sales process, proving to be a resource for user requirements, market best practices and evolving market behaviors.
• Interacting closely with Product Management on client feedback, personal market experiences and market developments to inform further product development.
• Coordination and response to prospective client RFI/RFPs.
• Client - facing presentations of live software for functional user demonstrations and in-depth workshops as a part of their vendor selection process.
• Ownership of Presales demonstrations environments to ensure preparedness for subsequent presentations.
Krav på person
You have prior electronic trading experience in the areas of market making, order management or algorithmic trading, with a preference for market making. Front Arena knowledge / experience are preferred, though not mandatory. In order to be successful in the position client facing skills are essential. This may be demonstrated trough direct presentation experience, customer interactions or other alternative experiences of communicating complex ideas effectively. An ability to travel is a necessity.
An understanding of post-trade risk management is desirable up to Front Office processes.
