The Processing Solutions and Equipment organisation develops, engineers, and implements solutions and plants for the food industry. We quote and deliver a competitive portfolio of processing and packaging solutions in close cooperation with the Tetra Pak market companies.
We are looking for a Pre Project Expert Installation/Commissioning that will be responsible for cost calculations for installations and commission for our large L3/L3+ projects (>5MEUR). The position includes up to 10% travelling.
What you will do
As a Pre Project Expert Installation/Commissioning within Cluster Project Management Office and Centre of Expertise, part of Europe & Central Asia Processing Solutions and equipment, you will be dedicated to conduct cost calculations for large pre projects.
You will focus on
• Prepare cost calculations for installation for L3+ pre-projects e.g. installers, welders, lifting equipment, site supervision, site management, project management, OHS, store keeping etc
• Prepare cost calculation for the commissioning part in collaboration with BU 's
• Prepare detail project time schedule for the installation part and for the overall project
• Prepare request for quotation to installation suppliers and evaluation of these quotations
• Review installation & commissioning cost calculations done by others for L3+ projects
• Standardize the cost calculations and procedures in the cluster
Who you are
We are looking for a person with high integrity and excellent communication skills. You have a strong drive for results, do not hesitate to take decisions when it is needed and have a structured way of working. Furthermore, you possess a high level of negotiation skills.
The successful candidate has a university degree in engineering (mechanical or automation) and/or at least 5 years working experience in the role as site manager, project manager, commissioning engineer or equivalent, from the food industry or the process industry. You have experience from large installation projects with knowledge of time scheduling, risk areas, tricky points, safety regulations e.g. As you will work in an international environment it is important that you have a good command of English both written and spoken.
