Job Description
As a PR & Communications Manager you are a part of the bigger Brand & Marketing team, and the smaller PR team. You will project manage PR related projects and collaborate with your closest team members Head of PR & PR Coordinator in the everyday PR work.
Project manage Internal communication and employee branding activities in collaboration with HR Manager and Brand & Communications Director. The responsibility of this position is to lead the strategic development and execution of all global internal communications and employee engagement programs with an aim to build and strengthen internal understanding of ARKET business strategy, culture and values.
Some of your tasks and responsibilities includes, but are not limited to:
Project manage production and distribution of content packages for focused PR pushes according to set PR and Activity Plan.
Support and lead our PR agencies in their daily work
Answer incoming press queries
Conduct media monitoring, analysis and follow up
Project lead PR communication activities
Assist with influencer meeting and special relations projects
Project lead PR Coordinator when supporting with launch projects.
Handle crisis communication towards media with support from stakeholders and PR team.
Evaluate, improve and streamline internal communication channel flow at ARKET.
Set up and implement new internal communication strategy to increase transparency and empower brand culture.
Project manage proactive internal communication calendar.
Handle internal crisis communication with support from HR Manager and Group communication team.
Ensure organisational, both ARKET and H&M Group level, initiatives and projects are successfully communicated to employees and stakeholders.
Ensure internal communications messages are consistent across all mediums and for different departments of the organization.
Develop One Experience internal communication channel.
Ensure internal communication messages are consistent with external communication messages
Together with HR Manager ensure that the monthly newsletter are being distributed and aligned with H&M group and ARKET I&D strategies.
Qualifications
We are looking for a collaborative, proactive and self-driven person who is eager to learn and develop both yourself and the people you work with, you can work both independent but also enjoy being part of a team and achieving things together. To thrive in this role you need to be communicative, structured and organized as well as being a problem solver that is self-motivated and sees possibilities.
We believe you have a proven working experience as a PR manager or Communications manager within fashion or lifestyle PR and you have relevant educational background, preferably in the fields of communication.
To be considered for this role you have:
Previous experience from working as a PR Manager or Communications manager, preferably for an international brand or company.
Experience working cross-functional between several different departments
Fluent in English, both verbal and written
Strong communication skills and a positive can-do attitude
A proven and genuine interest in fashion and lifestyle
