Based in Stockholm in the intersection between music and technology is Amuse, the worlds first mobile record label.Amuse operates an iOS and an Android app to help artists around the world stay in complete control of their music rights. In addition to our apps we also run a record company the way it was supposed to be run, artist-friendly, and innovative with a twist of data and insights.

Now looking for a PR Manager to join the Marketing and Communications team!

You are a natural storyteller with a deep understanding of what drives and activates people, artists and the music industry.You will be in the center of the Amuse network, maintaining, building and growing it with each activity. Reaching new talents, new audiences and together with the rest of the Amuse team establishing yourselves at the forefront of the global music & tech scene.

You have an entrepreneurial mindset and are excited to be part of an innovative and expanding company. This position is based in Stockholm, although business travel to the US and other parts of the world will be required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a global PR strategy with goals, budgets, and tactical solutions that are in line with the Amuse vision.
• Build business relationships with industry media and potential influencers.
• Coordinate PR activities, including planning and preparing event appearances.
• Monitor and analyze PR results.
• And hey! This is a Start-up, expect and be excited about getting your hands dirty, it will be high and low building the future.

Who you are

• Driven, entrepreneurial, self-going and great at taking own initiatives and decisions.
• Passion and/or interest for the Tech sector and in particular MusicTech.
• Have a full understanding of media needs and media relationships.
• Tactical understanding of all primary social media platforms.
• Thorough, with a high amount of attention to detail.
• Ability to work in high-stress environments
• Must possess excellent Swedish and English verbal and written communication skills
