3 month assignment for a PR/ Communications professional to support the Corporate Communication department of a Global Financial player.
We have an urgent need for an experienced and available Public Relations/ Communicator, skilful in handling media relations, encompassing anything from TV, Radio and Print.
Your writing skills are paramount, as you will be managing press releases on a regular basis.You will be working with normal media tools, like Retriever and Factiva for media searches.
You will also be called upon to support ‘C’ level executives in public relations matters and work within the Corporate Affairs/Communications department.
Must haves;
Language skills
Full professional fluency in both Swedish & English.
At least 5 years’ experience in managing PR programs
Tasks;
Researching, developing, planning, designing, maintaining and implementing policies and programs that enhance the organization's relations with the community, the public, government and regulatory authorities, shareholders and employees.
Detailed position responsibilities:
1. Conducting research and analysis to draft complex or high-priority internal and/or external communication materials (e.g., scripts/speeches for management and executives) and events.
2. Reviewing critical, complex or strategic communications prior to dissemination.
3. Develop and implement new and existing communication vehicles.
4. Developing key messaging for high-priority activities including notable global events, national organizations, affiliations, local civic/arts/community activities, public affairs, etc.
5. Work closely with departments to keep abreast of company developments and trends; identifying and prioritizing communication needs and providing consultation as necessary.
This role is an initial 3 month consultant assignment with an immediate start, so if you are available and qualified we'd like to hear from you.
