Fidesmo is now seeking an experienced PR and Marketing Manager to join our growing team. We have a modern central office in the middle of Stockholm.
The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join Fidesmo at an early stage and we will build the future together. Fidesmo is seeking an experienced PR and Marketing person to take responsibility for PR and marketing campaigns with the intention to increase brand awareness, increase sales, build more partnerships, and build the reputation as the key player in this area.
PR and marketing is a new role at Fidesmo and there are no "shoes to fill". We expect you to build the brand with excellent communication skills which will require lots of previous writing experience. We believe you are proactive and can keep our company communication one step ahead. We value data driven decisions and we expect you to back up most of your work with analytics ensuring that our communication adapts to prospect as well as current customers. With a different background and experience than your colleagues we expect you to have other ideas as well as argument for them. We are a tight team that loves to work together but none of us is afraid of taking on a whole new project all by ourselves and we expect you to do the same. As our PR and Marketing Manager this is what we think you should:
• Build relationships to media and to the right people on a Nordic and European level
• Be responsible for press releases, newsrooms, and media contacts
• Be responsible for our social media channels
• Outline and drive marketing strategies and branding guidelines, especially related to ?ingredient branding?
• Manage content for company websites
• Design and maintain company portfolio in print and on the web
• Design periodic advertisements, marketing flyers, postcards, brochures and other mailings
• Coordinate project photography if and when needed
Skills and Qualifications
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and writing skills
• Be proactive
• Google Docs and Microsoft Office
• Social media tools
• Academic record and/or experience
