Do you want to work with new technology for future powertrain solutions in a leading role? Then we have an exciting opportunity for you! The Powertrain Calibration team delivers complete calibration solutions for upcoming Lynk & Co products with electrified drivelines. The target is to meet the required vehicle attributes such as electric range, fuel consumption and driveability while fulfilling legal requirements on emissions, diagnostics and safety. We also lead calibration activities for autonomous drive and new concepts for electrified drivelines and we explore new paths to shorten lead time and reduce development cost.
You will be leading a calibration team focusing primarily on the combustion engine in a hybrid drivline.
Responsibilities and tasks
* Lead the calibration team and carry out own calibration work
* Develop the detailed calibration plan for each vehicle variant
* Plan and lead testing activities such as expeditions and emissions rig testing
* Manage and synchronize calibration data in and between vehicle projects
* Lead the calibration work in new concepts
* Actively participate in the technology roadmap development
Job Requirements
* M.Sc. or B.Sc. degree within Automation, Mechanical or Electrical or similar
* Extensive knowledge and experience from powertrain calibration
* Excellent ability to take own initiatives
* Team leadership skills and interest
* Car driving license valid in Sweden
* Fluent in English
* Ability to travel
