You will help shape how a global company in propulsion technology turns data into decisions. In this role, you will build trusted reporting and analytics capabilities that support strategic, tactical, and operational needs across the business.

Job DescriptionYou will design, develop, publish, and maintain Power BI solutions such as dashboards, reports, semantic models, DAX measures, and Power Query transformations.
You will work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, define KPIs, and turn complex data into clear visualizations and actionable insights.
You will help improve reporting quality by applying standards for governance, usability, accessibility, performance, and data quality.
You will collaborate with data engineering and platform teams to support reliable data availability, scalable model design, and trusted analytics.
You will contribute to stronger self-service analytics by sharing best practices, supporting users, and helping drive continuous improvement in reporting and insight delivery.
RequirementsAdvanced hands-on experience with Power BI, including report development, Power BI Service, semantic modelling, DAX, and Power Query.
Strong knowledge of business intelligence, data analysis, KPI design, reporting frameworks, and visualization principles.
Knowledge of dimensional data modelling, SQL, data quality, metadata, and governed reporting practices.
Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Intelligence, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
5+ years of experience in Power BI development, data analytics, business intelligence, or a comparable role, delivering enterprise dashboards, semantic models, and scalable reporting solutions.
Proven ability to translate business requirements into analytical models, KPIs, visualizations, and technical specifications in an enterprise environment.
Experience optimizing reporting solutions for performance, usability, governance, and user adoption.
Experience working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams in an international enterprise environment.
Nice to haveFamiliarity with Azure, Microsoft Fabric, or similar enterprise analytics platforms.
Understanding of agile product development, lifecycle management, and deployment practices for analytics solutions.
Experience supporting or mentoring business users and developers in analytics, data visualization, and reporting best practices.
