We are looking for a postdoctoral researcher to be based at Örebro University's Centre for Applied Autonomous Sensor Systems (AASS, http://www.oru.se/aass), which carries out multi-disciplinary research at the intersection of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and computer science.

Our aim with this new recruitment is to further strengthen our research competence within computer science towards topics in machine learning, deep learning, and representation learning.

Duties and responsibilities
The open position relates in particular to the research topic of analyzing satellite images using machine learning techniques. The focus is on dealing with multi-spectral geospatial satellite imagery that is used in a forest industry application but can also involve participation in other machine learning related projects.
