Post-doctoral position in plant molecular biology

www.slu.seDuties: The post-doctoral fellow will be expected to set-up CHIP and CHIP-seq protocols for hybrid aspen as well as RNA seq and subsequent bioinformatics analysis. In addition analysis of transgenic Arabidopsis and hybrid aspen plants will be part of the project.
Qualifications: Ph. D in Plant Molecular Biology and experience of working with Arabidopsis cell cultures, CHIP and CHIP seq technologies is essential. Transformation and analysis of transgenic Arabidopsis and protein biochemistry is required
Form of employment: Temporary employment, 2 years.
Extent: 100%
