Product Development Project Manager
Order Office and Project Management is a function within P&S from where we lead all development and deliveries from Parts & Service in Projects, PMRs and QJs (quality issues).
As a product owner you will be responsible to break down customer requirements, EPICs (high level customer requirements), to features and secure they are given to the different teams within P9470 project. For a service that means to identify which technical area is affected end together with other product owners and technical experts, write requirements with clear boundaries and acceptance criteria for each team.The most important part is to understand and to be able to identify different part of the services and the information flow from an end-to-end perspective. Thus, being able to understand and identify the different technical parts to the surrounding processes that is affected.
Experience from Requirement managementAutomotive industry knowledge
Knowledge in Agile ways of working. SAFe.
Ability to coordinate the work with several tasks at the same time.
Good communication and presentation skillsEnergy & Fluid Engineer
Work within engine development area, piston system and diesel fuel injection system, both high and low pressure. Work will be within several different projects, project phases from Advanced engineering, start projects, Quality projects and maintenance.
You will handle the technical issues between suppliers and engine projects, propose technical solutions. Your contact area will be project members, purchasing, suppliers, test engineers, mechanical engineers and project leaders.This job requires experience from diesel engine development and experience from piston and fuel injection area.

Feature Leader A
Manage features in smaller projects with given procedures and limited impact on Features. Manage part of the feature leader task in larger projects.
Main task is to define costumer requirement with in the area of HMI /UX and make verification of solutions.
Design engineer

Lead development of new materials and technologies. Provide applied materials and technology in projects and support projects with specialist knowledge.
Knowledge in plastics/polymer engineering and manufacturing technologies for plastic products.Understanding parameters for graining of plastic Components. Understanding colour and have colour measuring knowledge
Experience of colour judgement in light cabinet
Enjoys and is driven by an interest in working with product design, colour and surfacesSocial skills - having a flexible, open mindset
Assembly Production Engineer
Develop assembly methods for new product.
Planning for and investing in new assembly equipment.
Creation of assembly layout drawings in AutoCad.
Planning for and building up new assembly line.
Maintain and optimize the existing production processes within assembly.
Stamping Technology Engineer
Maintain and develop technical solutions in a specific technology area within stamping. Develop and share acquired competence in a technology area.
Cost Engineering
Secure efficient procurement of components for product development. Calculate part and tooling costs based on input coming from product development and set cost objectives for the purchasing organization. Need to have a solid manufacturing knowledge and work in close cooperation with product development and purchasing.
Interaction Designer
During spring 2019 we have several exciting projects and challenges to take on. We will have a need of both experienced Service designers and User experience designers that has a strong individual drive and ability to share and involve other team members. Initiate work from a service design perspective and work through the whole process towards a solution. Knowledge of how to move forward by applying suitable methods and ways of working. For example, when and how to use service blueprints, customer journeys, use cases and scenario building, user testing, user flows, wire frames, etc. Explore the appropriate interaction patterns and behaviors for the best end user brand experience. Secure full brand cohesiveness for systems used both on- and off board. Deliver the brand promise and deliver on the brand design strategy.
Stamping Technology Engineer
Maintain and develop technical solutions in a specific technology area within stamping. Develop and share acquired competence in a technology area.
