What will you do?
Our central team for Ports & Terminals aligns supports and leads the process implementation for and in cooperation with our local teams. In addition, the team support and lead, negotiations with ports and terminals in our network. As a new addition to the team, we are now looking for a controller - someone who can dig deep into the numbers. You will responsible for everything related to lean administration, contract governance, control and financial matters within the ports and terminal function. You will also support and drive development towards further digitalization in close cooperation with the development roles at our department.
Some of your key responsibilities:
• Be part of developing Service Level Agreements for the routes related to Port & Terminal performance
• Ensure that necessary reports are in place to enable local organization to perform with efficiency
• Support local organization to ensure that Capex within Ports & Terminals are submitted according to corporate standard
• Ensure that contracts and agreements are structure to enable the organization to plan renewal, cancellation or alterations to contracts in the following areas: ports, stevedore, equipment or others
• Key-person of further development, alignment and anchoring the Bill of Material into an efficient tool for the entire port & terminal organization
• In coordination with local organization and development manager establish a "standard price" structure
• Contact person and leader for all matters related to budget for the Port & Terminal structure
• Develop and maintain the KPI structure within Ports & Terminals in coordination with development manager and local organization
• Lead, align, follow-up and support development of SAP and cost improvement programs within Ports & Terminals, including digital initiatives

This role also requires excellent written and verbal communication skills in English as well as strong knowledge in MS Office
The must-have's:
• Solid understanding of financial systems and structure
• Relevant university degree related to business controlling
• General understanding of shipping terminology and process
