Portfolio Strategy & Planning Manager
The Lynk & Co Product Planning team is a global organization responsible for Portfolio Strategy, Cycle Plan and Product Definition of all Lynk & Co products. The department is divided into two groups; Product Portfolio Strategy (PPS) and Product Definition (PD), and located in Göteborg and Hangzhou.
As Portfolio Strategy & Planning Manager you belong to the Product Portfolio Strategy team and have the responsibility to define a well-balanced & competitive Lynk & Co portfolio based on the market positioning of the brand.
Responsibilities and tasks
- Lead the work of defining or improving Lynk & Co Portfolio to support global business growth by working closely with key stakeholders (MSS, Design, Architecture, Product Definition, etc.,) within Geely group - Define and manage key selling points for assigned vehicles in total Lynk &Co global portfolio
- Closely monitor key competitor strategy / industry trend and customers' needs in order to identify potential opportunities and challenges for Lynk & Co
- Lead strategic studies for assigned new vehicle programs, and define alternative options (e.g. platform) if required
- Create the high level product profile and vehicle timing plan
- Conduct vehicle life cycle management to ensure that the product stays competitive by working with MSS, Product Definition and the Design team - Size

Profile and Background
- 8+ years of Automotive experience
- Solid knowledge of the following areas: - Global auto segment tends
- Pricing & volume
- Customer insights
- New key technologies
- Excellent analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills, written and spoken
- Academic degree or the equivalent working experience
- Creativity to identify efficiency and improvement opportunities
- Persistency to pursue targets and take decisions
