Then this might be your next challenge!Your mission As Portfolio Marketing Manager, you're responsible for our new Portfolio Marketing team and for securing an audience centric go-to-market architecture for our complete offer, including strategic segmentation and launch. An important key in this is driving cross-functional alignment and buy-in. To achieve this, you use audience insights as the foundation for strategies to enable other parts of the organization to develop offer, content and campaign strategies that resonate with buyers and customers.You continuously secure alignment with business strategy and sales markets business plan to capture business value scenarios and prioritize resources. Working in close collaboration with marketing, sales, operations and product management, from the initial stages all the way through market launch, you enable powerful synergies and a qualitative outcome throughout the organization.You report to Head of Portfolio and Content Marketing and your preferred location is Sandviken or Stockholm, with a flexible option on location for the right candidate. Your profile In this position, we put a lot of emphasis on personality and attitude. We're looking for a strong leader with the ability to create trust and commitment throughout the organization - someone who finds energy in the challenge of driving cross-functional alignment and change. This means you're a mature and experience leader, with a solid background from managing teams in a global environment - preferably within sales or marketing. You have a track record of delivering results and driving change and improvements in an inspiring and inclusive manner. You are a skilled communicator with interpersonal skills, and while coaching your team to reach set goals and deliver according to plan, you are prepared to roll up your sleeves and get hands on with both operational and strategic work. As we have customers and stakeholders all over the world, you're an excellent networker with fluent skills in both written and verbal English. Intrigued?
