We are looking for BSS Portfolio Manager that will be part of driving our future business in 5G, IoT and Cloud for BSS! Make sure we have the right scope, quality, time and cost for product development. In this role you will teach, mentor, challenge and develop individuals, teams and organizations. You will
Be responsible for managing our BEAM based Portfolios keeping the overall plans together
Portfolio Manager is a role related to enterprise project management.
Take decision and act in a fast changing environment where the big picture needs to be kept together with the business value in focus
Oversee the organization's total project Program and its value and risk exposure, for the Program's total use of resources, and for prioritizing within the Program.
Manage the complete BEAM Program with respect to Time, Cost and Maximized Content (E2E Software Production) and drive a cost-efficient set-up
You will be required to drive technology and product leadership
Drive strategic leadership together with forward-thinking colleagues.
In the day-to-day business you will:
Drive and secure on time, with quality delivery of BEAM based design maintenance releases in close collaboration with post-GA Portfolio
Reporting in suitable fora and participating in decision Foras
Drive optimal utilization of the budget within BEAM based offerings for Maintenance
Drive WoW / Process improvements in BEAM Maintenance domain


To be successful in the role, you must have
Degree within Software Engineering, Business or similar
Excellent Project and Program Management skills with R&D experience
5+ years of work experience, preferably within BSS/OSS domain
Professional interpersonal skills and phenomenal individual capacity
Excellent Coaching & Mentoring Skills
Good Negotiation Skills
Risk management, focusing on business risks and ability to analyze an aggregated risk situation at the Program level.
Resource and financial planning, forecasting and execution impacts, methods of scenario management and forecasting, for resource leveling, estimating competence needs and calculations.
Program planning and control, with focus on collecting and analyzing plans and reports, and to identify identification of deviations from plans and weaknesses in project management performance or competence.
Excellent in deliver on Commitments, makes timely, clear decisions/strong recommendations which may involve tough choices or considered risks
Phenomenal understanding of key industry technology and architecture realizations and trends (currently for example One-track, CI/CD, DevOps, 5G, IoT, NFV, SDN, Open Source)
Embrace working in a rapidly developing area, understand that innovating, adapting and responding to change is key to becoming successful.
Strong negotiator and decision-maker skills
Proven strategic analysis and problem-solving skills.
Good at stakeholder management i.e. anticipate proactively and avoid surprises
Excellent presentation, communication, coaching and mentoring skills.
Embrace teamwork and multi-cultural set-up
Fluent in spoken and written English
