hela Sverige Visa alla jobb hos Sirius International Försäkrings AB i Stockholm We are looking for a Portfolio Manager who will handle a portfolio of Collateralized Loan Obligations. Your main duties will be to;
Perform and oversee financial analysis in industries and companies in order to evaluate for potential investment opportunities
Due diligence on investment ideas/M&A targets
Oversee pricing / valuation support (alternatives, fixed income, non-public equities)
Oversee and establish regulatory compliance tests (e.g. Solvency II, New York Reg)
Manage and support debt issuance projects; monitor and reporting trading profile of Sirius debt
Support SINT CFO with operational duties for various Investment Committees, e.g. Investment Committees for Sirius International in Stockholm, Singapore and Labuan.
Coordinating, organizing and setting up Investment Management Agreements with external Asset Managers for Lloyd's Syndicate S1945 in collaboration with appropriate Investment Committees.
Support the quantitative reporting process under the Solvency II framework for Investment Assets data for the quarterly Solvency II reporting (QRT's) at both the Solo and Group level of reporting.
Support to the Planning Officer in establishing the Investment section of Annual and Multi-year Business plans.
Support special projects
Qualifications
To perform this job successfully you need a MBA degree and at least 5 years of experience in finance. You must be able to communicate well in English in both conversation and writing. We are looking for at teamplayer who also is comfortable working independently.
