hela Sverige Visa alla jobb hos Dometic Holding AB i Solna Dometic is looking for a passionate mobile app portfolio manager who is eager to drive and coordinate the evolution and roll out of new world class mobile app solutions based on the Dometic platforms for smartphone applications and also HMI's.
The role is part of our Global Connectivity & Electronics team, and you will able to both influence and contribute to the cutting-edge design and development of our apps and UX/UI platforms.
You will be involved in the entire product lifecycle - from idea stage to a finished product including product definition, design, implementation, deployment and maintenance. You will work in close cooperation with our design team, firmware and backend developers, and our global development, product management and sales organisations.

Main Responsibilities
Owner of the global app and product user interface portfolio and roadmap
Coordinate the portfolio and improve the way of working
Assist the Lead Application Architect (Scrum Product Owner) in maintaining a backlog for the app development
Communicate with stakeholders daily
Manage support process together with global support organization
Introduce digital tools and framework to build and establish a professional app and product user interface portfolio
Introduce and maintain a professional decision process of how to prioritize the projects in the portfolio
Coordinate continuous improvements including design guidelines, building up an asset library and strategic principles
Drive and coordinate cross functional work with team members from internal competence areas such as product & UX/UI design, software development, product development, and external suppliers.
Who we are looking for
Qualifications and Experience
We believe that the ideal candidate has the following qualifications and experiences:
Extensive work experience with coordination and project leadership, relevant experience is mobile app development projects, in a global setting.
Practical experience in app and product user interface development
Understanding of software development, hardware development and UX/UI design, with the capacity to assess project complexity, to plan and coordinate a multitude of parallel projects and resources.
Experience from capturing requirements in user stories and acceptance criteria to feed the scrum process.
