What you will do
As our new Processing Solutions & Equipment Portfolio Management & Category Development Director, your role will be to set the strategic direction for the Processing business within our selected categories and drive the overall Portfolio Management for Processing CE in PSE. You have a team of three Portfolio & Category Leaders who will work closely with Business Units and PSE clusters to secure alignment and implementation of plans. By working with market segmentation, we ensure that value chain insights and foresights are available for strategic & portfolio directions and planning.
The main responsibilities include:
• Manage the strategy & budget review planning processes in PSE, aligned with the global processes and milestones
• Drive the development of the Processing Solutions and Equipment business ambitions for our selected categories, aligned with the global Tetra Pak strategy
• Develop the (sub-)category plans and portfolio roadmaps and drive implementation in collaboration with Clusters, Business Units, Portfolio & Technology Development and other Central Functions
• Ensure alignment of Processing Portfolio plans across 3 Businesses
• Drive global deployment of the Processing portfolio
• Drive continuous and structured analysis of portfolio gaps and needs across categories to ensure highest impact linked to strategic direction, value to customers and Tetra Pak
• Ensure effective communication of existing (and future) portfolio internally and externally to the right stakeholders through relevant channels (co-operation with Marketing Communications)
• Drive collaboration with central Marketing, Marketing Communications, Business Analytics and Intelligence
You will report to the Vice president Commercial Portfolio & Technology Development and your work location is in Lund. The position will require travelling, approximately 25% of your time.
Who you are
To be successful in this role, you have a food production/packaging, engineering or marketing background and at least 10 years of proven experience working with structured business- and/or strategy development and implementation. You have several years of experience from being in a senior management role.
You are driven, determined, self-motivated and an inspiring and patient people leader.
You have strong stakeholder management and influencing skills and the ability to work in a matrix organization.
Excellent written and verbal English skills are essential as well as presentation skills. Finally, an ability to deal with ambiguities, make sound judgements, and collaborate with colleagues are prerequisites for this role.
