On behalf of our client we are now looking for a Portfolio Administrator for a temporary consultant position. The role will be based in Södertälje and the assignment which is full-time will start in January 2019 with an initial duration until December. Global Engineering is now looking for a Portfolio Administrator which will support the Global Engineering Portfolio in Södertälje. The Administrator will be reporting directly to the Portfolio Director.

Accountabilities/Responsibilities
• Supports the Global Engineering Portfolio Director and team members incl. Global Engineering Management team on various tasks.
• Books travels in a consistent and compliant way. This also involves managing travel expenses.
• Handles travel arrangements for visitors and reservations for hotel.
• Organizing various events and activities for employees and contract staff.
• Acts as front desk (welcome visitors, suppliers and announces arrivals).
• Prepares agenda's and takes minutes for meetings as required.
• Handles Project and Portfolio documentation as required.
Minimum Requirements - Education and Experience
• Experience with using computers and software in your daily work, SharePoint, Box etc.
• Fluent in both Swedish and English.
• AZ experience preferred and experience in similar role and function.

• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
• Works independently.
• Prioritizes, plans and organizes workload.
• Proactive and ambitious individual which embraces learning new skills and with a high sense of urgency.
