We are looking for a Port Systems & Support Specialist to help Stena Line drive stable, data-driven terminal operations. In this role, you will provide 2nd line support, promote system adoption, and enhance key digital solutions like rePort, SmartGate, and SmartYard. You will also play a key part in leading and supporting Brexit-related system requirements and projects, ensuring smooth, compliant operations while driving continuous improvement. Some of your key responsibilities:
Responsible for providing 2nd line support for port operations digital systems by resolving support cases and coordinating with external suppliers and other third parties
Maintain close collaboration with suppliers, Group IT, and operational users
For the Irish Sea and North Sea regions, investigate customs- and Brexit-related requirements and translate these into the necessary system developments
Responsible for the operational support and management of Tug Kit hardware across all Stena Line locations
Drive the adoption, correct usage, and continuous improvement of digital systems within port operations
Provide regional on-site support and training to port users, ensuring systems are used effectively and operational processes can run smoothly and consistently across locations

Qualifications:
Proven and substantial relevant professional experience within Freight & Check-in, terminal operations, or system/application support
Hands-on experience with Freightlink Book & Check-in and/or rePort is considered an advantage
Experience in conducting business analysis to identify operational needs, define requirements, and support the translation of business processes into system solutions
Relevant experience and knowledge in Brexit-related customs compliance and related operational processes
Strong interest in IT systems, digital development, and continuous improvement initiatives
Fluent in English both written and spoken (Swedish and/or Dutch is a plus)


Ability to travel is required in this role.
