DSV's transports between Sweden and Poland are handled at the department. In the department it works approximately 10 employees in planning and administrate transports between Sweden and Poland. Now we're looking for another driven coworker who speaks fluent Polish and English, to the part of our department working with exports to Poland.
The employment as Freight Forwarder makes the following tasks:
• daily contact with hauliers, drivers, shipping companies and customers.
• cargo planning of goods
• planning of our outgoing units and addition of tractors.
• Notification to customers regarding loading and unloading
• booking of loading and unloading times as well as reporting in customer-specific systems
• daily control of trailer availability and that, in consultation with colleagues, ensure that the trailer flow is
balanced
• certain economic such responsibility (for his traffic)
For us, personality is important and for this particular position we are looking for a person who loves to do business, has a distinct service spirit and the ambition to put the customer in focus. In addition, you should be stress-resistant, be able to keep many balls in the air and work in groups as well as for independent work. It is an advantage, but not required if you have any type of experience from transportation and logistics industry. If you also have experience of temperate transports, this is seen as positive.
To cope with the daily contact with our hauliers, customers and other departments and offices within
DSV, you are required to be fluent in Polish and English in speech and writing.
