Adtraction is an affiliate network - a network for marketing and sales on the Internet where merchants who want to increase their sales are matched with website owners (affiliates) who want to receive revenue from displaying the merchant's ads on their websites.
Adtraction started in 2007 a turnover of 60 million, and the group now consists of a total of 15 people.
Adtraction's network is currently comprised of more than 20 000 affiliate sites and 200 merchants. Examples of merchants are; Linas Matkasse, BYGGmax, SEB, Sportamore, Thorn, Boxer, ICA Banken, Interflora, E.ON, Flygvaruhuset and Vivus.

Adtraction holds a strong position in the Swedish market and during 2012 expanded further to the Norwegian, Danish and Finnish markets and now Poland. Competitors include companies like TradeDoubler, Zanox and Commission Junction.

JOB DESCRIPTION
The Account Manager's key responsibilities:
Together with the Adtraction management, the Account Manager is expected to start up, run, and develop Adtraction operations in Poland.
Approach potential customers by phone to present Adtraction's services.
Arrange meetings with media agencies, merchants, and affiliates in the Polish market
Establish, maintain, and develop strong relationships with merchants and affiliates.
Assist merchants and affiliates on various issues (e g low level technical support regarding software implementation and information about Adtraction's solutions)
This is a full-time position based in Stockholm. The Account Manager will travel to Poland approximately 5-10 times per year.

YOUR BACKGROUND
We are looking for applicants interested in the Internet as a marketplace and who want to pursue a career within sales and business development. It is an advantage if you have some degree of college education but not a requisite. Previous experience in affiliate marketing or sales is not required, but you have to be interested in learning the business and should not be afraid to approach managers or other decision-makers at any levels.

Personal qualities:
Ambitious and dynamic, ability to take the initiative and a "getting things done" attitude
You are self-motivated and good at taking initiative to increase sales.
Strong business acumen and ability to build and develop valuable relationships with customers
A personal interest in the Internet is an advantage

Polish native speaking (or equivalent) is required and a prerequisite for this position

Adtraction individual salary policy and provides a market-based compensation consisting of a fixed base salary and a performance based salary in variable portion as agreed.
