Working with Insurance Back Office Administration in Chubb you have a role as Policy Servicing Technician. We are now looking for a Policy Servicing Technician to our Operations team in our office in Stockholm. This is our Nordic Head office from where we work closely across the Nordic countries.
In the role you will support our underwriting team and provide the highest standards of quality, service delivery and accuracy by reviewing instructions received from the Underwriters and Underwriting Assistants. You will accurately enter premium bookings and prepare policy documentation.
Your key responsibilities will be to;
• To book premiums for all lines of business
• To prepare required policy documentation
• Proactively gain and develop knowledge of all lines (commercial) of business
• To assist with financial queries
• Issue certificate and loss runs
• Register submissions and follow up status changes
• Issue invoices
We are looking for someone with:
• 3-5 year experience from a process-oriented role is essential, particularly experience of following written instructions, data entry and document/report drafting
• Experience from the Insurance business and working on a Nordic level is preferred
• Good communication- and writing skills in Swedish and any of the Nordic languages (Danish is preferred) and English
