The Team Leader Poker Product Marketing will be responsible for a team comprised of CRM, social media & all the poker B2C websites. He/she will report into Head of Poker Marketing.
Your place at the table
The team leader will manage his/her team to successfully perform the following:
Define product communication plan based on release cycle/plan in alignment with related units
Ensure all B2C poker websites are accurate, user friendly, effective & efficient marketing tools
Drive innovation on the web sites
Create product PR and campaign concepts
Develop product marketing concepts based on research results and ensure corresponding customer communication
Create effective poker CRM activity to maximize customer relationships & reduce churn
Ensure target group relevant product communication
Create a social media strategy for the brand
Ensure the poker blogs & social media are used effectively to communicate the brand & its activities to customers
Work on an ongoing basis with metrics & analysis to improve performance across all fields of responsibility
In addition, the team leader will:
Promote the professional development of team members as well as provide motivation, inspiration and guidance to Poker Product Marketing team
Be an integral part of the leadership of the B2C poker unit
Your gaming skills and experience
Bachelor?s degree
Broad experience in marketing
In depth knowledge and experience of the online poker market
Natural leader, with an innate ability to both work as part of a team and lead one
Multitasker with strong project management abilities
Strategic & creative thinker, execution oriented
Strong analytical skills
Highly motivated
High level of initiative
Willingness to travel
Based in Stockholm
