We and Unibet, our biggest customer, have high ambitions with our award-winning online poker product. You will have the chance to lead Relax Gaming's future roadmap to ensure continued growth. The ideal candidate is a driven and creative person with a great knowledge of the game and industry, ensuring Relax Gaming can take the next big step in online poker.
Key Responsibilities:
Player Acquisition and Retention - you will be the person ensuring the player base stays stable and grows over time
• Promotion planning, creation and execution
• With ecology in mind, ensuring a good balance of hobby players and regulars
• Understanding how the recreational players mindset works in order to ensure an attractive gameplay
Internal/External Business acumen - you will be a master of building, growing and nurturing business relationships
• Ability to understand and adjust to stakeholders needs and expectations
• Flexible and adaptive to further changes in the future
• Always keep in mind consequences of a choice for all the affected parties
• Focus on the key objectives
• Awesome presentation skills
Setting new industry standards - knowing what is working now and in the future
• Driving feature specifications, using your creative mind to innovate with new concepts, new game formats, improving existing features and adding USP's for our software to further improve the experience for our players
Roadmapping and execution - you will be maintaining and owning the holistic overview perspective
• To ensure delivery according to expectations
• Be ready to lead other team members in areas of potential risk/opportunities
• To build and maintain a long-term roadmap of key features with set deadlines
• You will be accountable for reaching set goals as well as for high quality of these
• Backlog trimming and bug prioritizations

• a solid track record from online poker
• excellent logical thinking and INSANE problem solving skills
• the stories of Matusow
• the experience of Nanoko
• the ability to express yourself like Negreanu
• the passion of Hellmuth
• tried it all, from LAG to TAG, only to realise that it doesn't really matter when you're on TILT
• fluent communication skills in English
It is nice if you have:
• poker network experience - understanding how to mitigate and balance concerns like shared liquidity questions, fraud prevention and network rules/limitations
• software development understanding
• advanced communication skills in French
• background from iGaming industry
• tournament poker background, from online or live scene
• just as we have, gone broke in Vegas a time or two

About Relax Gaming
Preferred location for this role is Malmö, Sweden. The Relax Gaming Malmö office is perfectly located on Lilla torg, right in the middle of the beautiful old parts of Malmö. It's a five minute walk from the central station and all types of shopping and restaurants can be found right outside our doorstep.
We could also consider our Estonian, Finnish or Maltese offices.
