Process & Operational Excellence (POE) is responsible for developing and improve the VCC s work process, to coach and monitor the organization to adherence and to ensure that VCC processes and FMC integration initiatives are aligned to global strategies and plans without jeopardizing VCC unique needs.
The position is based in the department of POE Quality. POE Quality shall, through knowledge, credibility and engagements support and challenge the POE organisation to achieve efficient results and compliance towards legislation and corporate policies.

Job description
To strategically lead and develop the overall internal communication within POE.
To enhance knowledge and create understanding for objectives, strategies and prioritized areas.
To implement overall information strategies for POE
To support cross-functional communication of POE-related issues.
To provide support to the POE management for planned and strategic communication.
To implement information strategy, guidelines, working methods and tools according to Volvo Cars' overall guidelines.
To ensure that the overall information within POE is correct and aligned with Volvo Cars' overall information strategies.
To maintain and develop the information channels within POE.
To train managers in communication as communication within Volvo Cars is a management responsibility.
To represent POE in the VCC Internal Communication Network.
Profile Qualification
A background as an informant / journalist by training and / or practical work.
Good knowledge of the Volvo Car Organization and business.
Familiarity with how POE functions.
A good idea of the goals that POE is working towards
Fluent in written and spoken English.
Personality traits
Strong interpersonal skills integrity and the ability to establish
credibility with people at different levels
Self-reliant and enterprising
Education
Documented education in media/communication or similar level of experience
