Tasks
Develop the overall strategy for PodMe in line with corporate strategy and based on a clear understanding of the market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs. You will lead and perform discovery work such as gather requirements, research, data analysis, and validation to ensure that we are moving in the right direction both strategically, and on feature level.
You will work closely with designers and engineers throughout the implementation stage to ensure a high level of quality in the final product as well as communicate and collaborate with all parts of the organization (CPO, designers, developers and other PMs) to contribute to a thematic roadmap, prioritize the next product steps, and shape and validate solution proposals.
You will have tight communication with stakeholders across the business across the business including Marketing, Sales and Customer Success to ensure coordination and shared knowledge around product strategy, product releases and user communication.
Conduct user tests on concepts and designs and by monitoring KPI:s validate the solutions once they have been implemented. As Product Owner you will also be responsible for build and own the backlog for PodMe's mobile apps.
YOUR PROFILE
You will be expected to have experience being part of an agile team and responsible for app development. We would like you to have amazing communication and organizational skills.
As a person, you are structured, humble for both your and others' skills and have a curious attitude to problem solving. You feel comfortable to communicate with your team as well as both share your knowledge and listen to your colleagues' lessons.
You are expected to have:
• Experience working in entrepreneurial environments with deep experience of what creates a good user experience
• Strong team player with the ability to build consensus while driving decision-making throughout the organization
• Strong communication skills, ability to synthesize complex ideas into simple and intuitive communications appropriate for defined audience
Professional level in written and spoken English is a requirement.

At the same time, we need to improve the conditions for the podcaster to create even better sections for their listeners. That's why we created Premium Podcasts. It is the pod's very best section for which the listener has to pay a small fee to access. We think it is reasonable for the podcaster to get paid for his work just like film and music creators / artists. The listener also gains from this by accessing even better podcasts and avoiding disruptive advertising breaks.
