hela Sverige Planning, Product Development and PurchasingProduct Developmentis looking for aProject Manager Verification (PMV)The PMV works with securing all V&V activities within projects - introduction of new customer features, quality improvement, cost reduction and adaptations for different markets/customers. PMVs are within Volvo Penta Testing & Laboratory divided in three groups for Diesel Engine Calibration and Testing (Marine, HDEP and MDEP), but working together as one team. This position will be within the Marine Engine team.Engine Development Testing within Product Development is responsible for testing and optimization of both Hardware and Software regarding performance, emission and durability of all our Diesel Engines up to 16 litres, both for Marine and Industrial applications.The department is today about 20 Engineers working in different projects.As a PMV you will drive the verification and validation part of product modification initiatives in close collaboration with other functions and stakeholders such as Operations, Purchasing, Product Planning, Global Aftermarket etc. You will be the Testing & Laboratory representative within the different forums connected to your projects and activities.What we can offerWe can offer you a dynamic and global working environment with passionate colleagues which will give you valuable experience for future development within Volvo Group.
