We offer you As a PMO Specialist / Project Manager at Kappahl, you are a key player in the work to realize our business development - from idea to functioning results and value for our customers. You are in the middle of where it happens and you collaborate with all parts of the business, from design to store, from production to IT. The role includes:
Maintain and develop our project model PPS as well as other tools used in project management.
Support and steer Kappahl into an agile transformation and support framework for project managers, steering groups and other projects participants.
Follow-up our development portfolio as well as preparation of decision material for advisory board & management team.
Report and keep track of status on ongoing projects and assignments regarding KPI 's, result, resources, cost and time.
Organize training sessions and conduct training for all project participants
To also act as a Project Manager
Your profile We are looking for you who are advisory and familiar with both business and technology projects.
Have an academic degree and are an experienced leader
Have a deep knowledge in project methodology and preferably have experience with PMO before.
It is an advantage if you have worked with PPS and have insights in agile models.
You are communicative and can interact throughout the organization. You like to train and educate others and are fluent in both Swedish and English.
