hela Sverige The Product Maintenance organizations main responsibility is to solve Field OtD quality related issues as quickly as possible.
As a PM Team Leader OtD you are leading the work in a cross functional Product Maintenance Team (with representation from Customer Support, Technology, Production, Purchasing and Supplier Development).
You lead the team from the first indication of a quality problem until a new improved solution is made available to the end customer.
You make sure that OtD quality problems are identified, prioritized, investigated, solved, industrialized and communicated to end customers.
Job Summary (Purpose of Job):
Lead and drive PM activities supporting OtD
Secure field quality situation feed back to OtD (0-200hrs and PDI)
Forums (network of interaction)
External: -
Internal: PMC Articulated Haulers
Required knowledge and experience:
Education/Professional Qualifications required for the position:
Experience from Project management
Experience from Product Development
Strong leadership skills
Good technical knowledge of the end product and its sub-systems
Good communication skills
Fluent in English
Process oriented
Additional Important Requirements (e.g. language, mobility):
Good communication skills and fluent English
Extensive travelling is not foreseen
Roles of Job
Main Tasks/ Responsibilities / Authorities:
Leads and drives the activities in the cross functional Product maintenance teams with focus on production quality (Acts as "CPM" in the product maintenance context)
Monitor budget, resources and report deviations
Secures field quality situation feed back to OtD
Drive PM activities in delivery stop situations where design changes/expertise is needed
Handle deviation requests
Owns the CHASE cases in the Define, Measure, Analyze and Control phase
Support main contributing functions in the Analyze and Improve phase
Together with the team set priority on CHASE cases
Analyze data (Pareto, scatter etc)
Create time schedule for CHASE cases
