Description
The Technical Support group is responsible for System Specialist Support, Quality Assurance Management Support and Quality and Technical Issue management process, including Packaging and Additional Material. Our organization is set up to handle issues within Cluster Central & North Europe. In each country we have local representation in Sales and Technical Service with a strong focus on the customers.
Technical Support organization Cluster Central & North Europe is looking for PM/AM Quality coordinator. This is a temporary position lasting for 6 months.
The PM/AM Quality coordinator will work in close cooperation with PM/AM Quality Improvement Drivers with the focus on customer satisfaction.
An overall objective will be to work with the Quality and Technical Issues Management for the Packaging- and Additional Material side. You will report to the PM/AM Quality manager. This role will cover the area of Nordics.
Main responsibilities
• Administrate reported issues to support efficient and according to QTIM process
• Achieve undisputed quality leadership by ensure correct Issue administration
The position conveys information, adapts and exchanges as part of the normal responsibilities and dutie.
• Contribute to develop quality- and work processes
Qualifications
You need to have broad and deep knowledge and experience of order administration. We also believe that you have basic experience of trouble shooting methodologies, Root Cause Analysis and analysis tools. Also experience with Design development is a merit. You have a technical/engineering education, preferably at University level or similar and at least some years experience from converting processes, all areas included.
A very good command of both Swedish and English, both written and oral is required.
You have excellent listening skills and you always have the customer in mind and want to deliver highest quality at all times. You also have the ability to keep many things running on the same time and you have the drive to find solutions.
