hela Sverige Group Technology Office PLM, GTO-PLM, is responsible for defining, communicating and govern Group wide standards / rules for how we define products and related information. Furthermore the team is responsible for defining and govern our IT systems for creating and managing product and process definition information.
We drive divisional engagement and change to continuously ensure value adding common processes, systems and strategic directions to enable excellent operational performance, quality and competitive advantages.
Husqvarna Group has embarked a journey to define and implement a PLM strategy by 2020, which include new ways of working and new IT systems.
GTO-PLM has the responsibility to lead and execute this PLM strategy and the PLM Process Manager will be a key player in developing and driving change management in the Husqvarna Group divisions.
The GTO-PLM team currently consists of three persons; The Global PLM Director, a PLM Manager and a CAD Manager.
Responsibilities
The PLM Process Manager will define and anchor common ways of working and then develop communication and training material. Also, planning and executing training and set-up and run process audit activities.
The PLM Process Manager will own the PLM strategy organizational roll-out/implementation.
Location: Huskvarna.
You have most likely been part of a PLM program in an industrial company, either as a consultant at the implementer or the software vendor or as an employee leading or participating in the rollout.
Ideally you have
• thorough knowledge of best practices of managing product definitions. Experience from several types of industries is a plus
• experience from driving change in organizations
• experience of managing quality systems
• senior experience, self-going with a strong drive
• strong pedagogic skills, is a good communicator both text based, presentation based and orally
