We are looking for a Customer Success Manager for New Business Sales

PLM Group is looking for a solution-oriented Customer Success Manager offering new solutions to our prospects and existing customers. You will be located in the heart of our PLM Group, Värnamo office, where we have a team of 20 experts from different areas.

Job description:

• You will be responsible for selling SOLIDWORKS software solutions and related services (training, implementation services and consulting) to new and existing customers within your sales territory.
• As a Customer Success Manager, you are responsible for the entire sales process from A to Z. We at PLM Group follow a solution-oriented sales process with defined processes in each phase.
• The target group of your business area is industrial companies in Sweden of all sizes. To guarantee a positive development between your customers and PLM Group, our entire Sales department is there to support your Sales process.
• Your main task is to help PLM Group increase its market share of SOLIDWORKS software solutions.
• To succeed, a high level of activity is required and for that we use various communication platforms. Your primary contact points are decision makers and leaders of engineering department.

Qualifications:

• We do not require a certain degree of education, but you must have a good technical and financial understanding in order to become a great discussion partner with your customers.
• You are willing to communicate at different levels with our customers and as our company operates in several countries and cross-border cooperation is our everyday business, it is crucial that you have good communication skills in English and in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.
• You have experience in solution sales, preferably for companies within mechanical and technical industry
• You are used to following a common sales structure and being measured in several areas of the sales process.
• You have experience in New Customer Sales
• You have a driver's license and an ability to travel overnight
• If you do not have experience with Sales but you are experienced with SOLIDWORKS or similar products with customer-oriented work tasks, you are also more than welcome to apply for this position.
