Baseband & Interconnect PLM now seek Customer Support Trouble-Shooters and we are looking for persons that are highly interested in giving our customers the best support by technical Trouble-shooting and quick problem resolutions.
About Baseband & Interconnect PLM:
PDU Baseband & Interconnect PLM have the customer support responsibility for the Baseband unit's Software Modules of Control system, Transport Network and CAT for 2G3G,4G and 5G and also the virtualized Baseband nodes. We also are responsible for the Baseband-R-503 SW (XMU03) and RSM remote site management system . We are providing Technical Support and Trouble-shooting to problems that our customers experience with our product. We have a mission to ensure customer satisfaction which includes many challenging customer interactions. Our core competence is the product, how it behaves, how you handle it, how the customers use it and how to troubleshoot.
Job Description:
We seek Customer Support Trouble-Shooters for our Team and we are looking for persons that are highly interested in giving our customer the best support by technical Trouble-shooting and problem solution. It is a merit to have hands-on test experience within Control system, Transport Network and CAT for RBS6000 Generation 2, and coming 5G. RAN Experience from WCDMA, LTE is also positive.
You will be involved in activities such as:
• CSR handling and response by Troubleshooting and Analysis of log files from customer networks
• Technical member of Task Forces for difficult problems
• Problem analysis and Improvements definition
• Technical support to SW/HW Roll-outs in customer networks
• Creating Serviceability guidelines and use cases as well as Training material for customers
• Participate in System test of new features for learning purposes with the whole world.

• Open minded and analytical capability
• A driven and flexible personality
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Team player with own drive to meet deadlines and be focused on results and quality is essential
• Have an interest to constantly learn and share your new findings, e.g. IP technology is key component and competence in virtualization is an advantage
• Previous Customer Support experience is an advantage
This position is located in Kista, Stockholm Sweden but you will be working in an international environment with colleagues from all corners of the world based in Kista but also interact with team colleagues in Croatia and all over the world.
