Who you areYou are an analytical person with a holistic and business-oriented approach to problem solving. You are communicative and "selling" and you are not afraid of challenging old truths. A structured way of working is a given and you are comfortable with creating "structure from chaos" without any detailed instructions.
What is OnePLM?Correct product information is fundamental to our business - throughout the product lifecycle. OnePLM is a company-wide program which develops and implements PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) processes, standards, information and systems; all done with a very strong focus on business value.
About the jobAs a member of a small core team you will help to develop and implement the PLM solution. As Business Analyst, you will evaluate and analyse new proposals and requirements in order to hand them over for development and later implementation. As Business Architect you will work very closely with the Business Units in the roll-out projects. Your main task is to act as the "glue" between the central team and the Business Unit to facilitate adherence to OnePLM principles while at the same time ensuring "fit for purpose" solutions.
The position is placed in Lund. A certain amount of travelling will be required.
What you knowYou have a MSc in Engineering, MBA or equivalent and at least 10 years working experience from process related work such as new product development, supply chain/production development, service management or similar.
Experience from working with PLM is a plus. Process development, information modelling and change management are other areas of merit.
