Our Exciting Opportunity
We are looking for a team member to work with our Playout Operations team as a Playout Coordinator; do you want to join us?
In this job role, you will work close to the Playout operators and the 2nd line tech team in Playout operations. You need coordinate and sort out questions and incidents in the daily delivery, without any unnecessary delays, for a smooth operation towards the customer.
Your work is mainly done Monday-Friday, during office hours.
You will
Lead and coordinate day-to-day operational duties and issues in Playout, in terms of WLA and daily routines.
Support the 2nd line teach team during troubleshooting and testing
Keep the team updated of all internal and external changes affecting the Playout team
Handle the customer relations on an operational level
Represent Playout in projects and meetings
Compile the monthly KPI reports
To be successful in the role you must have
