An exciting role that participates during the complete software test life cycle.
As Platform Test Engineer you are given responsibilities with great variety as the role includes test planning, test design, test execution, requirement reviews and test result reporting.
As our new Platform Test Engineer, you're our software testing ambassador, providing stakeholders with much needed information about software testing and about the perceived quality of the software under test. With your experience and your flair for communication, you make sure the information is sufficient and intelligibly presented in order to facilitate decision making about the system under test by all stakeholders.
We will challenge you to bring out your best as you plan and execute manual software API as well as technical platform test activities. We will also put your communication skills to test as you report bugs, communicate plans, project status, results, test coverage and sufficiency within the team and to stakeholders. You will also get to be a part of, and contribute to, general scrum team activities.

What you bring
We believe you have solid experience within the software test area, with a deep technical understanding, enabling you to take initiatives and to work in a self-sufficient way. Our method of working is through Session-Based Test Management (SBTM) which is why it is important that the Platform Test Engineer is able to responsibly handle the freedom of the role.
Furthermore, we see you as a skilled communicator, able to adapt your communication depending on the intended target.
