hela Sverige Visa alla jobb hos AB Volvo i Ospecificerad arbetsort As Platform Area Business Analyst you are responsible to create and maintain a service roadmap for the platform area supporting the overall business plan of the platform area and in alignment with the overall AB Volvo and WirelessCar service roadmaps. The service roadmap shall be created with focus on future services opportunities in terms of new or better functionality in close cooperation with all stakeholders of the platform area. By collecting trends, knowing the technologies behind the services and a creative mindset the Business Analyst will take a significant part in the future service.
You shall also be active in the overall delivery and operations of the complete service/tool/framework delivery of the platform area and especially ensuring that all new projects within the area support the long term strategy.
You will be part of the Platform Core Functions management team and report to the Platform Core Functions Senior Manager.
Key Responsibilities
• Create and maintain a service roadmap for the platform area
• Find relevant trends in the platform areas
• Drive and enhance competence and process regarding the domain areas
• Act as business analyst in early phases of projects at VGT but also in pre PCI-decisions phases at GTT or external customers for WirelessCar
• Build and maintain relations with relevant internal and external stakeholders such as suppliers and external customers
• Service Life Cycle Cost Management
• Define, lead and improve pre-project requirement work and requirement at Platform Core Functions
• Drive product requirement baseline and change process
• Member of Platform Core Functions Management Team
Wanted Profile
The Business Analyst needs to have the ability to work under demanding and changing conditions. As person you are structured, innovative and have a strong customer focus in combination with a business oriented attitude. You enjoy teamwork, contribute with team spirit and you like taking responsibility.
Required Competencies
• A university degree in engineering or computer science or similar
• Documented leadership competence and previous experience as project manager or similar
• Ability to inspire, develop and motivate individuals and teams
• Infrastructure as a Service domain knowledge
• Experience from software engineering and agile development
• Experience from infrastructure and service operation
• Experience from telematics together with projects and needed competence
• A global and agile mindset with strong customer focus
• Have capacity to execute against set targets and a ?can do? attitude
• Expected to act according to/live the Volvo Group Values
• Ability to establish and maintain good relations with your internal and external partners
• Customer business knowledge - build, develop, and grow any business relationships
• Good planning skills
• Strong interest in process improvements
• Fluent in English - both written and spoken
