We now have an immediate opening as Production & Planning Coordinator for AkzoNobel Pulp and Performance Chemicals in Bohus.
In this position you will keep up the role as "Plant Supply Coordinator" in the Supply Chain Organisation. You will plan and schedule the production in order to meet the incoming delivery orders in accordance with the production capacities.
Main responsibilities
• Responsible for the production planning within Silica Sol
• Conduct orders for raw materials, both direct and indirect material
• Coordinator for checking the inventory stock and to make adjustments of the inventory stock accordingly
• Responsible for collect data and make a flash report for the production on a monthly basis.
• Optimize and develop planning tools used for scheduling production
• Have the key role in questions that has to do with SAP for the production
• Qualification corresponding to a technical BSc degree or several years of experience from production in chemical industry in accordance with education from technical college
• Good knowledge of batch production within the chemical industry
• Previous work experience from production planning and/or formal education within logistics in production planning is an advantage
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
• Very good knowledge regarding computer systems, such as - SAP, MS Office, Delta V, iFix, MES
• Familiar to work with management systems in SharePoint
• Very good ability to comunicate and cooperate with others, both intern and extern people and organisations.
• Very good administrativ capability.

This is a permanent position on a full time basis, reporting to the Plant Manager and based in Bohus.
