Job Description
Your contribution to something big
Plant Quality Manager for Heat Pumps
Lead the local plant quality team
Ensure high production quality
Support the investigation of production failures with your methodical and technical expertise
Lead the problem solving and improvement work for upcoming topics
Training and coaching of employees in fields like statistics, problem solving methods and analytical investigations
Product Group Quality Manager for Heat Pumps
Organization of international development and production quality
Development of quality strategy and follow up
Organization of quality management systems
Identify and drive quality initiatives specific to a region and drive improvement in quality KPIs
Review KPI performance with regional teams
Support cross-functional collaboration to boost quality in all dimensions
Qualifications
What distinguishes you
University degree (BSc / MSc electrical engineering or similar experience)
Analytical mindset
Technical competence, experience in quality management
Strong process orientation & consulting skills
Excellent communication & presentation skills
Self-driven multitasker
Ability to lead in a diverse environment
Fluent in English and Swedish; additional languages are a merit
The roles as Plant Quality Manager and Product Group Quality Manager can also be divided. The final set-up will be defined at a later date.
