The position as Plant Controller would be an excellent starting position for a young talent as it contains both financially overseeing an own unit while receiving guidance from experienced teams in Stenungsund as well as Chelates Europe. Once the job in Kvarntorp is mastered the intention is that this position also starts supporting our operations in Stenungsund.
Main duties and responsibilities:
• Analyze results from the plant and provide various management information (locally and to business management). Provide proactive support and advice to management on financial and economics topics.
• Work in close cooperation with the accounting teams with respect to the registration of transactions, flows of goods and money and other accounting entries in the accounting systems.
• Coordinates budget / latest view process based on the business / site plans, in collaboration with budget holders.
• Prepares, administers and monitors procedures.
• Responsible for follow-up of the internal audits performed by AUD and external financial audits.
• Coordinates the submission of investment requests.
• Coordinates the local ?InControl? activities on the basis of BU guidelines / instructions.
• Responsible for the financial administration (balance sheet, P&L, capital) in accordance with IFRS, FEM and BU guidelines.
• Member of the plant management team.
Qualifications
• University Degree in Economics or equivalent
• Good written and verbal communication skills including fluent in English
• High proficiency Excel and Powerpoint and business application in general
As a person you are a self-starter who likes to work independent and interested in what is behind the numbers. You have high analytical, problem-solving and pragmatic skills as well as strong team and interpersonal skills.

Additional information
This is a permanent position on a full time basis and based in Stenungsund, reporting to the Controller Ethylene Amines. Requires frequent travel to Kvarntorp.
