About the position
As Planning- and Project Specialist at MOBIS you will provide regular and accurate KPI analysis and reporting for decision-making, both in short and long-term perspective. We expect you to detect and suggest actions to continuously improve efficiency, quality, spending and processes. You are also responsible for follow-up and reporting of the long-term investment plan, as well as ad-hoc reporting upon request by HQ connected to your work area.
Within the scope of operations you will be assigned projects of various magnitude, from planning to execution, in line with allocated resources. The role entails to coordinate and consolidate with other departments and entities, internally as well as externally, and make sure to meet deadlines and quality expectations.

Your profile
• University degree in logistics or similar
• 1 - 2 years' work experience in a logistics position
• Experience in database management, analysis and reporting
• Strong presentation, coordination and communication skills
• Positive hands-on and proactive approach to solving challenges, with a can-do attitude
• Self-motivated, confident and good personal presence
• Internationally minded with ability to adapt in multicultural environments
• Analytic skills
• System affinity
• Logistics process knowledge
• Supply chain knowledge
• System knowledge (MS Excel, MS PPT, Hyperion and ERP systems like SAP)
• Project management skills
• Fluent in English and preferably in Korean as well
